We will
ensure a full refund (excluding delivery charges) if the product you
have selected is deemed to be unsuitable within 7 working days following
delivery. This is providing the product is returned in it’s original
box, in ‘as new’ and unmarked condition, complete with all
packaging, accessories and any software supplied must be un-opened and
unregistered.
All new
laptops are sold with the benefit of a minimum 12-month direct manufacturers
guarantee (excluding software and some consumables). Most manufacturers
will offer our customers a free of charge collect and repair warranty.
This can also be upgraded to a 3 year warranty in many cases by purchasing
an extended warranty package. Wherever possible we will respond to your

Depending
on the manufacturers warranty after a certain period of time, the right
to a product replacement/refund ends and a repair service is offered
if a product develops a fault. Please take note that it is not BCH Supplies
that carries out the repair.
